Central Hawke's Bay Settlers Museum

CHB Settlers Museum houses an extensive collection of early settler memorabilia. It is also the primary repository for archives and family history information in Central Hawke's Bay. Holdings include early school registers, early birth records, database records of births, deaths and marriages from the "Waipawa Mail" newspaper and microfilm copies of the "Waipukurau Press" newspaper. The Museum has an extensive photograph collection.

Entrance is $2.00.

The Museum is housed in the historic Bank of New Zealand building.
