Family History Open Day at the Western Australian Genealogical Society (WAGS) library at 48 May St Bayswater. 

Browse our resources, do a bit of research or get help from one of our many volunteers. You can find information relating to birth, deaths, marriages, cemeteries, occupation, military, shipping, census, plus a lot more - not only from WA but from all over Australia and from around the world! 

There will be displays from the WAGS Special Interest Groups - Computer, Convict, Enrolled Pensioner Guards, European, India and SE Asia, Irish, London and South of England, The Master Genealogist, North of England, Scottish, South Australian, Swan River Pioneers, Victorian and Western Australian.

You will have the opportunity to talk to people about family history in a friendly and informal atmosphere. You will be amazed at the huge amount of worldwide information that you can look at for free!

Tea and coffee available throughout the day.
