2011 is the 400th anniversary of the King James Bible, a major achievement in the production of the bible in English and a major influence on the development of the English language. In this presentation Maggie Patton will present the King James Bible and a selection early bibles from the Library's rich collections including the Coverdale Bible, the first complete bible printed in English.
