GSQs flagship course—Introduction to Genealogy—is a full day course that provides participants with the foundations for undertaking research in this fascinating area. Topics to be covered include:
- Introduction to Genealogy/Family History/GSQ
- Civil Registrations (Births, Marriages and Deaths)
- Census Records
- Parish Records
- Immigration
- Help and Guidance
The presenters focus on Australia, UK, Ireland, and Scotland but are able to provide guidance on researching in other regions.
