West Adelaide Function Centre (Football Club). West Adelaide Football Club was most likely founded in 1891-2. Having struggled to find a home ground for many years, they finally came upon an undeveloped site called Richmond Oval, holding the opening ceremony for the ovall on 26 April 1958. The West Adelaide Function Centre offers two function rooms, generous parking, and excellent bistro meals.
