Research Help Zone
This is similar to what we have had at our 2011 Expos - a place (and time) dedicated for research advice and product demonstrations. This can include web product demonstrations when in port and an Internet signal can be received (on the ship).
- It is available from any of our team of cruise presenters who are available at the time, including Helen Smith who is a late addition to our team of presenters.
- We are open to any other offer to lead a session on a topic or region not otherwise listed.
- Not all experts will be available at all sessions. Some (mainly Chris and Rosemary, but sometime others) are involved in shore seminars at times or may have other commitments. We will post a list of experts who will be available at any programmed session during the cruise. We may be able to post a provisional list of experts, times and advice they can offer beforehand to assist you to plan, but this will be subject to review when we are onboard.
- We have initially scheduled these mainly on days the ship is in port, with a few in the evening. We have listed these for the Hudson room, but some may occur in a nearby lounge - to be advised on the day
- If there are people waiting, time for any one inquiry may be limited to 15 minutes.
- If there is interest from a number of people in the same topic, we may set aside a time for a small group demonstration/discussion.
