Expo exhibitor information

Eight reasons to exhibit at the expo

  1. exposure to a large number of history, genealogy and heritage people—and the interested general public
  2. a great opportunity to increase your membership, library, archives or museum visitors or gain new customers
  3. sales opportunities for products you may have
  4. meet face-to-face opportunity with existing members or customers
  5. great networking opportunity and experience generally
  6. see what other societies, organisations, and businesses in the field are doing
  7. low cost to exhibit —and even less if you help publicise the expo
  8. possible opportunity to present on the program or give a product demonstration or tutorial

Interested but can't attend in person or support a stand over 2 days?
There are other options to allow you to benefit from the expo without regular exhibitor commitment. Exhibitor groups (similar exhibitors located together) enable varying levels of participation:
  1. share a table (or tables) and booth duties with others, e.g. if you are a small society, library or museum, coordinate with others with similar interests - rotate attendance at the stand with others.
  2. run a static display, with some information on an unattended table - photos, documents, information leaflets etc. If you have a banner or poster they could be used as well
  3. supply your brochures for a brochures only table (no charge)
  4. offer a prize for our expo prize pool – and a FREE listing/ad in our expo program
